Sales AFFILIATE – Commission Only

Noble Media Streams (NMS) is looking for Part-time Sales Affliates with promotional merchandise sales experience to join its successful, expanding sales team.

This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to any qualified sales person.

If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients, then we want to hear from you.

As Sales Affiliate, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development and sales skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are achieved by targeting clients in your region.
  • Maximize opportunities afforded by NMS’s existing global social media platforms.
  • Develop new business and maintain relationships with all new and existing clients.
  • Represent NMS Values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers and Colleagues.
  • Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues globally is excellent and allows NMS to deliver world-beating service.
  • Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity and professionalism

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make sales and hit weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
  • Salary and Benefits: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year’ demonstrable sales success within promotional merchandise.
  • Ability to communicate via telephone and email.
  • Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
  • General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.
  • Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Motivated self-starter

COMMISIONS PAY STRUCTURE

  • INDIVIDUAL SALES:
  • Sales Affiliate gets one time $10.000 COP commission for each subscription sold.
  • BUSINESS SALES:
  • Sales affiliate gets recurring monthly commission: $10.000 COP for each firestick or subscription sold.

INSTALLATIONS

  • Sales affiliates are requiered to perform minor installs for their cusomers.
  • Sales affiliates get a $50.000 minumum installation commission for ech business.
  • Commissions can change based on installation
